   * Family members must be living at the same address.

• At the time a monthly membership is initiated two months must be paid in advance, along with the initiation fee. Membership dues will be charged to your credit card on the 1st of every month. You must provide an active credit card that you authorize Coles River Golf Center, Inc. to charge on the first of each month.
  
• Cancellation of monthly membership: Coles River Golf Center, Inc. requires 30 days written notification of all monthly membership cancellations. Cancellations must be in writing!
  

Member Benefits

1. Hit unlimited practice balls from your own private section of the facility. 
2. The member’s area will include a well-maintained grass hitting area, a sand trap for bunker play, and a large natural grass putting green.
3. Brand new practice balls beginning on April 1st (All old balls will be removed from circulation.)
4. During the winter and poor weather conditions, members will enjoy hitting practice balls from a well lit, heated, covered hitting bay, which will be provided with a premium artificial hitting surface.
5. Work on your short game, hitting unlimited balls to various targets greens.
6. New yardage markers will be installed through-out the range.
7. Join the Massachusetts Golf Association (MGA) and get a USGA handicap at a reduce rate
   

Conditions and Exclusions
Coles River Golf Center, Inc. will be closed for 4 holiday dates throughout the year. 
Coles River Golf Center, Inc. will be closed every Monday throughout January and February 2005. We will also be closed 1/4/05 thru 1/13/05. 
Coles River Golf Center, Inc. reserves the right to close the facility during inclement weather conditions. 
Coles River Golf Center, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any application for membership or terminate any membership in progress at any time and for any reason.
